Who We Are
About Humble Church
We're a church of imperfect people pursuing a perfect God — and we wouldn't have it any other way.
Mission
We exist so people can discover life to the full.
That's it. No elaborate programs, no corporate strategies, no hidden agendas. We believe Jesus came that we might have life — and have it abundantly. Our job is to point people toward that life and walk alongside them as they find it.
Vision
A church Nashville can't imagine living without.
We want to be so embedded in the life of this city — serving its homeless, celebrating its artists, raising its children, mourning with its broken — that if we were to disappear, Nashville would feel the loss. The church is the hope of the world, and we take that seriously.
What We Believe
Our Core Values
Scripture
We believe the Bible is God's Word — authoritative, sufficient, and alive. It shapes everything we teach, believe, and do.
Community
We were created for connection. Life is better together, and the church is the family where that happens best.
Grace
You don't have to get it all together to belong here. We lead with grace because that's how God leads with us.
Mission
We exist to make disciples who make disciples — in Nashville and to the ends of the earth. Every person is a mission field.

Whether you're brand new to faith or have been following Jesus for decades, there's a group where you'll belong.

Our Story
Started in a living room. Still growing 12 years later.
In 2014, James and Sarah Caldwell gathered 22 people in their Nashville living room with one simple question: "What would a church built around the actual needs of this city look like?"
That question became Humble Church. Today we gather 2,400 people across three campuses every week — and the question never gets old.
